Philosophy

Whether you are a new runner looking for guidance in training or an experienced runner who is trying to run a new PR, working with a coach is ideal for all types of runners.

I believe that a coach not only trains an athlete’s body but also helps train the mind. The goal is for my athletes to be able to stand on the start line confident and mentally strong. They can look back at the training and trust that the work they have put in has prepared them to execute.

Aside from gaining the mental and physical strength, hiring a coach is also about building a community. Connecting with other runners with similar goals. Pushing each other through challenging workouts. Lining up at a start line and your nerves subside because you have that familiar face by your side.

What’s Included in All Plans..

The foundation for a great coaching experience is COMMUNICATION. It’s important that runners can reach out at any point to share a success or seek advice when it comes to those aches and pains that can creep up in training. Communication goes both ways so don’t be surprised to get some words of encouragement when a big workout is approaching!
